  • disarm the judgment, evaluation and criticism that block your innate compassion

  • identify your own feelings & needs so you can be present, open and available to any conversation

  • learn how to talk with almost anyone about almost anything

If you’re ready to change communication patterns with your partner, family members, co-workers & friends, this is the class for you:

  • Runs March 4th - 25th at 6:30 PM

  • Four 90-min sessions

  • Meet on zoom

  • Registration: $100

From Tracy:

“I began my journey with Nonviolent Communication as taught by Marshall Rosenberg with Kathy in a group environment. I was motivated to learn NVC because of a few unproductive and frustrating conversations I had had in my social justice and spiritual community spaces. Kathy created a safe space for each one in the group to explore the NVC philosophy and to practice it in real life examples. I found NVC to be a new way to approach conversations and interactions with others which increases connection through compassion and empathy. With excitement I worked with Kathy one on one which has helped me to shift my focus from blaming myself and others to identifying the feelings and needs of myself and others in order to find common ground. The most powerful change is I live this approach no matter if others know NVC or not. I continue to join Kathy's Compassionate Communication groups to strengthen and practice. This is one of the ways that I am creating a world that works for all.”
